This includes everything from helping you get your home market ready, professional photos, creative marketing including utilizing the most advanced technology available, and open houses.
Offer submission strategies. In our current market with consistent low inventory, it involves thinking out of the box to help make your offer rise above the others, even if it's not the highest offer. I truly enjoy the "art of creative offer submission".
A network of partners. I have established relationships with quality lenders, inspectors, title & escrow, as well as various vendors, all important pieces to making our transaction successful.
A little bit about me:
I've been licensed since 2005. Prior, I spent 8 years at Bank of America in Los Angeles enjoying the world of commercial lending.
