However, tracking the many moving parts and guiding the process to a successful close has never been more challenging. For this, a great Broker is paramount. I pride myself on being that Broker, one that is detail oriented, professional, organized and analytical.  When the road twists and turns and bumps along during the buying or selling process,  I'm able to think out of the box and offer creative solutions, enabling you to cross that finish line. 

Simply said, my job on either side of the transaction is to make sure your needs are being met. After all, these are your life goals and life decisions.

  • Clear communication.  I listen to what is important to you. I will keep you informed throughout the process. You will know what to anticipate even before we get started. I'll manage your expectations.

  • Listing strategies.  My goal is to ensure your property sells for the highest price possible with terms most favorable to you. This includes everything from helping you get your home market ready, professional photos, creative marketing including utilizing the most advanced technology available, and open houses.

  • Offer submission strategies. In our current market with consistent low inventory, it involves thinking out of the box to help make your offer rise above the others, even if it's not the highest offer.  I truly enjoy the "art of creative offer submission".

  • A network of partners. I have established relationships with quality lenders, inspectors, title & escrow, as well as various vendors, all important pieces to making our  transaction successful. 

 A little bit about me:

  • I've been licensed since 2005. Prior, I spent 8 years at Bank of America in Los Angeles enjoying the world of commercial lending.

  • I recently joined The Cascade Team in Dec. 2017, after spending 12 years with Coldwell Banker Bain. I joined the Cascade Team because of their 1% listing fee with 100% full service business model. More money in your pocket. 

  • I've lived with my family in Woodinville since 1997, and I feel extremely fortunate to live in such a wonderful community.
